Kings
Point in Sun City Center is located halfway between Tampa and Sarasota, Florida
just east of I-75 Exit 240. Don't confuse Sun City Center with Sun City. Depending on traffic, Tampa International is a 35
minute drive away, while the Sarasota-Bradenton and Clearwater-St. Petersburg
airports are approximately a 45 minute drive.
From Tampa International Airport, follow signs for Tampa and I-275 North.
Keep to the right and merge onto I-4 East. Take I-75 south to Exit 240A for Sun
City Center. The entrance to Kings Point will be on your right at the third
traffic light (Kings Blvd.).
Fort
DeSoto Beach, ranked best in the nation in 2008 by Tripadvisor, is a 35 minute drive from
Kings Point. For entertainment, Busch
Gardens is only a half hour drive up I-75. Orlando attractions are about an
hour and a half away.

community. You can use Mapquest
or Google
Maps to get a better look. The Scepter Golf Course, which opened in 2005,
does not appear on most maps or aerial views, like Google Earth.
